What do we do?

Chiropractic is a primary healthcare profession that specialises in finding and correcting spinal bone restrictions and misalignments. We work with all of the joints in the body but primarily the spine.

At Northwood Chiropractic our aim is to do the least to achieve the most. We use the Gonstead Chiropractic technique (considered the gold standard of Chiropractic care) to relieve pain, reduce joint stiffness and muscle tension and restore healthy alignment to the body.

We will help you to understand the cause of your symptoms and how to effectively manage them at home. We will also give you exercises to support and strengthen your body, improve posture and overall wellbeing.
